After rushing too much in recent games, really concentrated on moving up as slowly as possible to take the 8th turn score. Helped out by being able to knock over lots of wrestle zombies early on. I concentrated a little too much on taking out ghouls - the niggled one was a prize I never managed, but not for want of trying...

Second half, it was a matter of trying to force a score on him as fast as I could. We had an inexplicable run of double skulls about three turns in - quads for me, doubles for him - but I kept my head for once and with Family Size not being too wild an animal, made it so he needed to score in turn 5. Then I had *just* enough time to get up the pitch and score, but it was nicely nerve-wracking. If Sausages had fluffed the last blitz rather than knocking his wight away and dodging out, I'd be looking at a draw instead.
