“Our match to lose, and we did. The dice weren't horrendous either way (except for all the pushes from turn 8 of the first half until turn 2 of the second half, but still, even getting excessive pushes shouldn't be the end of the world; and yes, Plitsbul failed 3 2+ dodges in one turn, but realistically, that turn was already doomed before he even started).

But things like perfect kicks, fireballs that took out JUST the right target, getting a both down when a push was needed (which prevented using the team rr on a gfi), these were the things that made this match. And despite all that, it felt like there was at least a shot right up until the end (when on turn 8 of the second half, we finally had a bomb do SOMETHING right.. only for us to only get pushes on the exposed ball carrier).

Queen Katarin's Men also played brilliantly - they may have needed all the breaks they could get, but they took advantage of every single one, pressing home every fortune that came their way, ensuring they could cover everything they possibly could.
