Desperate to level the score with 1 turn on the clock, the Maidens tried to push Furiosa toward the touchdown line. She almost made it into open space but Ellen Ripley failed an unnecessary dodge to end the half. 0-1.
The Maidens start the second half 10 v 11 with a very aggressive defense from the Juggers. Sarah Connor, desperate to make up for the first half, finds a weak link by KOing Bird Eye Booker, and enabling the rest of the Maidens to capitalize. The Juggers continued to mount pressure but evetually the name "Murder Maidens" struck true. With 3 Maidens sending 3 Juggers off the pitch (including another broken neck!), they were able to separate the Juggers and gain the advantage. A late pass to Alice put her in touchdown range, but poor positioning enabled a valiant effort from Blythe and Clayton to knock the ball loose, and 2 of the big boys sandwiched 3 Maidens. Desperate to draw, Furiosa pushed Blythe away from the ball, and Leeloo Dallas moved to the touchdown line to recieve. The Masked Mercenary took the chance to make the pass to Leeloo, and successfully got the Maidens out of a predicament of their own making. 1-1.
The Juggers, not having enough players left to try and score, managed to get revenge on The Masked Mercenary, knocking her out. 1-1.
MVP went to Lagertha for breaking a guys neck and enabling the attempt on the ball.
As fans filtered out of the stadium, the Maidens surround the unconscious Masked Mercenary that saved them a loss. She comes to. "What just happened?", they ask. Michonne approaches. "You took a big bump to the head, but you just saved our asses from a humiliating loss. Who are you, and are you interested in a permanent position?" She removes her mask and smiles. "My name is Arya Stark, and I am home.”
