But I let it get to me, and I shouldn't have. I completely blanked on the fact that Clay didn't score on the first drive due to some double skulls of his own, which lead me to playing the defensive drive wrong. I think. Something along those lines, anyway.
But enough pressure was applied to force an early score and a riot added another turn on top, things were looking good for the draw after all!
Unfortunately, I'd been giving up more blocks than usual, which lead to less orcs on the field, which lead to orcs having to dodge to advance the ball and, well...
5 trophy games to go, top spot is still in sight but, tbh, I feel I don't deserve it anymore. But if they all are as funny as this one, it'll be a blast not getting there!”

Second half was a bit more open play and we got the go ahead score only for a riot to give that extra bit of squeaky bum time, but again, thanks to some hard dice we were able to stop the orcs three squares out.
