An error strewn performance from the Chaos Chosen led to them failing to score in the first half after receiving the ball. the match was bloody from the outset, with Khory losing 2 players to merciless deaths.
Errors continued in the second half, with Khory over committing to one flank very early, allowing the lizards to sweep the ball up and around with their superior speed. Some gutsy dodges burned through rerolls and finally the abll carrier was sacked. Sadly, the ball was picked up again, but, with a 2D Wrestle + Tackle hit with reroll on a naked skink Khory felt they had a chance of taking it to overtime. Sadly, the dice were not in their favour and all that could be mustered was a pushback. The Lizards regrouped and ran the ball in for the score.
Khory had 3 turns left to score, but with no rerolls to play with, they succumbed to the skill-less chaos blocker taking a bothdown ending the penultimate turn before it had even began. Still, Khory had a shot at the tie. The plucky beatsman dodged and blitzed his way into the endzone, ready to receive a heroic long bomb to tie the game. Sadly, Roboskunk failed the go for it to get into range for the pass and the match ended 0-1 to the Lizards.
