“Game 1: Take it on the Chin
Was a good first outing for the @Gobbo's. The team got a taste of the highs and lows of the blood bowl pitch. Hank got his first kill, Mathui Murgle, an elf union thrower. Mathui was hassling the ball carrier and Hank was having none of it, job done. @Gobbo also suffered their first death, sadly Fransico Ziva was minding his own business, picking his nose, when Iluvain Briseis came out of no where and ended Fransico's blood bowl career. Fransico only got five turns on the pitch. The Gobbo's took their winning position for granted when Iluvain Briseis walked through the cage, knocked out the ball carrier and dodged away with the ball. It was a longshot play but the elf made it look easy. Iluvain's name has been recorded in the 'Goblin Book of Grudges', which is kept in the long-drop behind the club house. I'm sure many more names will be added to the roll of Andrex before the season is over. ”
