49ers had the ogre advantage, as Kendall Reyes was sitting out of this one due to (vacation) injury, and 49ers sport the strongest creature of the league, Leo Nomellini. So yeah, definitely ogre advantage there. On the other hand, pats had the advantage almost everywhere else.
Pats started with the ball, and scored after some scuffles. 49ers tried to foul, but the referee was vigilant sending off the culprit even BEFORE he could do any harm.
49ers equalized in the 2nd drive, and Pats faltered in the 3rd, so half ended 1-1.
2nd half started with 49ers receiving, and even though they were pressured, they managed to score quickly. Then pats drove down, hitting hard, and equalizing just before the final whistle.
There was a sneaky foul on Leo at turn 15 just to signal it is risky to lose players to the referee against pats in a long match, but no harm was done.
On to the scimitars, another playoff candidate opponent, should be interesting.”
