The greenskins started well after we kicked a touchback, a blitzer injured one of our liners (apo failed to help) and they handed off to get in our half. Gisrek at least was using his dodgy Dwarf talents to evade blows on the LOS. We did enough to get at their advanced carrier unprotected and our Sergeant blitzed and stunned him (after RR). After that Justin Jones was able to pick up and go all the way up the pitch, make a short stall, and give us the lead. Though our Trollslayer was killed by their blitzer Stupre! Another mighty blow for his second casualty today.

A Black Orc was ko'd by a fan thrown rock and their thrower fumbled. With some more KOs in our favour they couldn't do much in the last moments of the half. Victoria was oh so close to scoring after taking the ball from their Blitzer, but she hadn't rushed quite enough to be in scoring range before the whistle blew. She would have needed a perfectly scattered forward ball to make it (or could have risked a tougher dodge before).

Second half we received. It was a total scrum. The ball passed from one team to the other's hands around the centre of the pitch. Eventually it ends 1-0 with 6 players still on the pitch for either side. There was a moment a Blitzer tried to get through our lines but couldn't seem to make his hit. A poor Halfling was retired too.
