I'm afraid the humans just couldn't get into this game, the Block dice were not really allowing us to compete, given my game plan is based around a solid defence and maximising Mighty Blow.

First half started okay, but the woodies were hitting hard, and the Ref spotted the Humans only foul. So with just 7 players left the Woodies got away round the flank easily enough.

Second half the deep kick and the 7 humans ran back leaving the two big guys on the scrimmage. The cage was not totally solid, and the Elves managed a couple of 1D hits to knock the ball loose. When the Human catcher could not pickup the ball it was taken by a wardancer.

Jean-Pierre Sapin got felled T16 in a fun but ultimately futile block by Zug.

Last two games in this tourney have been a little frustrating, but we will be back another time to test our skill and luck.
