“For the 2nd match in a row we faced a more famous, highly paid set of opponents. It was a struggle indeed, and the crowd were also against us.

Munter was stunned by an opposing fan's thrown rock. We were having a hard time on our drive, and Kendo had the ball knocked from him and was stunned. But just when we were wavering we pulled off a handoff and TTM combo with Giant Haystacks sending Jake "The Snake" soaring across the field! Jake briefly stalled and then scored. However an Ogre was badly hurt and so we used the apo on him, to keep our Ogre numbers up.

The Khemri had started well but were even more pumped now. They were hitting hard. Beta notched up a second big casualty by fracturing Haystacks skull! Our awaiting Wizard then blasted down their ball carrier and a Tomb Guardian, and Kendo blitzed his way next to the ball. But it had scattered next to a skele. They did a great, instant recovery by taking down players and picking the ball straight back up. Our big chance was gone. They scored.

We were looking for a TTM chance but there was a pinpoint long kick to the edge of the pitch.

Second half we were battered. Beta badly hurt Munter. We were still trying to pressure them to score, but then Beta did another incredible blow (his 4th cas on Ogres today). He killed our agile Ogre Kendo! A bitter blow as we were just preparing our team for redrafting, and he was one of the two better options to keep on. Eventually they scored their 2nd.

They left us some time, although they did another pitch edge kick. Les had a chance to TTM but he fumbled and stunned the snot.. We took some more hits but eventually had a last gasp TTM chance. But it was short and the snot fell down.
