A banner day for Norse's weres and golems - one of the golems even managed to kill my Storm Vermin TWICE!!!!! My good thrower also bit the dust.

Classic timing on the bad luck with this one, combined with good blocks and great armour rolls from Norse. It was all to common for me to have far to high a proportion of stuns on the field, and that KO box was getting a little full towards the end, to say nothing about the RIP box - though room was created when, in a surprise move, Mr Saskatoon lurched on over to the other bench, and then even knocked some of his own ex-teammates about on the pitch.

Looks like the SLA will be entering a rebuilding mode over the next few games. Got to keep my Runners alive...

Norse was a fine opponent - even had the luck been reversed he would have been tough, but he was friendly, courteous, funny, and a good sport about gutting my team. I would play him again any day.”
