Ottawa followed this up with numerous other KOs! They really were swinging, particularly in the first half.
But Agre Ede, a very ballsy high elf catcher, held onto that ball tight, and Ottawa couldn't get a good shot. But Rollo Chester, former Chaos Dwarf Blocker, he knew exactly what to do. He pinned Agre up against the sideline, with others to support - Agre couldn't escape!
HA! Of course the high elf could! Darting through multiple tackle zones, through Tackle, and away behind the other high elves, Agre was safe.. and again Rollo pinned him up against the sideline! No way he could escape!
HA! Of course the high elf could! And with that, despite being outnumbered 11-5, the first half ended 1-0 for Princeton!
Ottawa took a few more players out, a high elf got banned for fouling (for some reason the ref never seemed to see the dangerous Ottawa dirty players), and Ottawa whined a lot.. and then scored on turn 3 anyway. Who cares! GO FOR THE WIN!
And.. none of the high elves wanted to be back on the pitch. With only 6 players to set up, Princeton couldn't defend the ball, and eventually the undead caretakers surrounded the ball and took it back and scored a second time.
With multiple stand firm, Princeton had no shot at the one turn.. and so they took the boot instead, stunning all 3 of Ottawa's LOS. Alas, it was not the bloody mess they wanted.
Thanks for the match Phontome!”
