“At low TV the Rat Ogre gives this team some much needed strength. I do not think I could have stalled for the half with out having hired him as a Mercenary. Even if he did turn over on my first turn allowed a line rat to get hit and squished. I managed to get three Gutters deep into Orc territory and stall with Rogre and a couple of rats keeping the Orcs at bay.
Random kick on a Gutter stopped any chance of the T8 flying Goblin and put the ball out of range of the Thrower in the second half making the Goblin the QB. I failed to get Francavilla the Goblin down on the Blitz but tackle ate up a TRR on the first failed dodge and then the Rogre's tail caused a second failed dodge and a loose ball.
We all know a loose ball is a Skaven ball.
One Gutter ran off to score leaving the rest of the team to duke it out. Jimmy Johnstone got killed but it was worth it (for the team not him).
TrullOrks pushed for a quick score to try and get a draw but snaked Animosity stopped the first pass and then failed catch left a loose ball on the Orcs next turn. We all know what that means? Skaven Ball!
It was Sunny so Jimmy McNeill made a Wild Throw that went five squares forward, rather than three, and off the pitch. Eventually landing right in front of the Orc end zone. Well out of range of any Orcs and an easy 2+ for Jimmy McColl to scope up and score the third touchdown. ”
