“The Pub broke one of its rules (only play other teams that are also below 15 games in season) tonight, in a waterlogged match vs the Norse. We were expecting another trouncing, after getting beaten up by lizards and not earning any SPP, but instead the boot was on the other foot, with some bad luck stopping the Norsemen getting the ball to safety, and the pustulent mob of the Pub dominating the pitch.

Second half, kegs had been diluted by the constant rainfall so stalling against 6 players for a second TD wasn't too hard. We were scared of that Yeti's shiny claws, but escaped without damage. Two games to go until the end of the season for the Pub.”
