“Pre-game

The Cannibals were back in town. After last time S.N.O.T. Sports Management were better prepared. All pregame food and drink was safely locked away because nobody wanted a repeat of Lump's 'trip' from last time. The fact the insurance didn't cover 'heavy soiling' damage had made it all rather costly.

Kick Off
L.A.D.S. 21-15 Crookpass Cannibals

The first half started with a flurry. Kaboom removing a Fanatic early with a well placed bomb, Clart following up on the other with a tactical chunder. Both teams traded blows and stomps but L.A.D.S. numbers won out. Lugz got free and casually strolled over for a TD surrounded by a friendly mob.

Kaboom was lost to the game but at halftime a 7 point lead gave them some hope.

Half Time
L.A.D.S. 23 - 16 Crookpass Cannibals

Second half picked up where the first left off. Again Clart removing the Fanatic with a cheeky 'bile blast'. The numbers game was starting to really tip in L.A.D.S. favour and they were able to pin the Cannibals in the sidelines. The Night Goblins were struggling to make much progress and another removal and a surf left the Cannibals vulnerable.

Cometh the hour, cometh the Troll. As always Lump stepped up and showed why he earns the 'big bucks'. Ploughing through the crowd, he shoved Goblin into Goblin until the ball left the field. The Lumpies on the sideline able to return the pigskin into play perfectly for Skip to scoop it up and dash away.

That was all she wrote. Skip hopped over for another score and the game ended 24-16. Some might say the referees had a curious game, seeming to only spot Goblin fouls. L.A.D.S. would suggest taking up any complaints with Blagga rather than S.N.O.T. Sports Management.
