“NCBB Season 40 game 1 (OOC)

1st game for coach Xeterog in 10 months. 1st game for KAMU since season 36. 1st game for either in the 2020 rule set. Went about as expected, though the tie was actually a nice bonus.

1st half saw the Teckies showing their rust, as Bashing Bob used 3 RRs on ONE PLAY, then failed a GfI and smashed his Knee the next turn!. Couldn't make any headway and eventually lost control of the ball and the Wildcats were able to score as the half ended.

2nd half was basically the reverse of the 1st half, as KAUM was able to stall Cantucky just long enough to pop the ball loose, grab it and run in for the tying TD as the game ended.

Took a chance on a Random General skill for Kid Longlegs (who scored the Tying TD), and the Block/Dodge/OTB runner learns how to play dirty!

I may or may not fire Bashing Bob (Mighty Blow/Tackle is hard to get rid of), but Adam, the SPP'less Longbeard has been replaced by NewAdam :)

Also hired No'Yet, and new Longbeard.
