“S40, W2 Fluff: Austin College Kangaroo Rats' vaunted offense met with MSU's supposedly strong defense. They were able to push through the Spartan gridlock defense. Not only that but they were able to scorch the defense on 4 occasions. The Spartan offense is still relegated to running the ball almost exclusively. It cannot score quickly and attempting to do so led to sloppy inefficient play. An Orc Jim Ellis has manifested in this plane to play blood bowl. They are still taking classes, like any other student at this Michigan State University but even the initial players are still coping with their new world.

Synopsis: I wanted to tag his players like I had done in the first match, especially since most of his players have 3+ dodge outs. Despite it working well on elves that operate on a 2+ (gutter runners dodge out on a 2+ too) it turned out that it was not a good strategy. On offense I should have focused more on 5 pip caging and did not have a coherent play on that side of the ball for the most part. After it hit 2-0 I needed to move quickly but he was able to exploit a side cage fairly easily. I do not think I learned much besides slowing things down and probably 5 pip caging in the future to attempt a tie. Despite that though I am fairly certain he would have won anyways as a 4-0 score ought to indicate. We will be playing a hybrid team in Hawaii next week, but it seems as though I ought to rework my strategy, because I was assumptive that my defense especially would be difficult for any agility teams.”
