First, the wood elves outblocked Ottawa. Then they removed 4 players in 4 turns (plus 1 more the ref took out). Ottawa was simply unable to stop them.

Then it was pointed out Ottawa has no idea how to 7 MA one turn, and now needs to learn that. (But, no frenzy, no re-rolls, no thrower, and only 10 players? seems unlikely.)

So instead.. Ottawa destroyed the Fayetteville LOS. Yes, all 3 were cas'ed. Yes, that included Morg. BAM

Immediately following that, a wardancer got cas'ed in the second half.

So, Ottawa caged forward, and decided to risk a score on turn 4. IF no one woke up, it would have been 5 elves against a full 11 undead, including no wardancers. But the wardancer and one other elf woke up. Now it was much trickier. And tricky it was! the elves pranced! they danced! they moved all over.. the end.. of.. their own.. side of the pitch.. only once did they get more than 4 squares away from it, and they immediately fell back. Until turn 16. They broke free, they lunged forward.. but couldn't make the long bomb pass to a lineelf covered by diving tackle legend Dan Daluca.
