We won even before the match started - not one, but TWO teams in the playoff championship finals!
And then, Ottawa and U of Tee started slugging it out. U of Tee received, but committed heavily to the LOS, which allowed Ottawa to pour in onto the ball. Defensive shone as a spectacular skill, and with the guard advantage, Ottawa controlled the ball. This was helped by U of Tee getting 6 of their removals.. in turn 15 and 16. Far too late to actually change the match, and the first half ended 1-0.
The second drive, Bomber was unable to get close enough to the ball to (ok fine, mummies were intercepting the ball, he was throwing the ball backwards onto himself, and eventually he just badly hurt himself) stop the drive. With the continued guard advantage, Ottawa pressured their way through, with Dan running in an early touchdown to ensure no last minute shenanigans from U of Tee's bulls could threaten the ball - put them down, put them down hard, and run awaaaaaaay!
With the score 2-0, U of Tee recklessly charged forward, and while it was rewarded with player removals, they couldn't get the ball to the end zone.
UAC! UAC!
Thanks for the match knine!”
