Decent coaches know the difference between good strategy and good dices. (clue: if 1 coach rolls stacks of 1s they would be considered to be having bad dice) I certainly try to comment on my good fortune when I get it or sympathise with opposing coaches if they have the opposite. And if I do get it I tend to avoid gratuitous beat downs unless they generate me spp. Typically i would regard 4 tds and 2 cas to be pretty decent. And if an opposing coach taps out (stops moving) I would probably make all the blocks i can but avoid actions to maim that dont benefit my squad. But you know this already I'm sure and dont care. I imagined that after you left me waiting for you for 10 mins for whatever reason you might possibly decide to restrain your douchebag tendencies but clearly that was as fantastical as the players themselves.
