“A godawful return for the elves after a month off, leaving me wondering if I've forgotten how to play...

A few fun things - running a whole bunch of elves straight through the undead line early on without a care in the world was fun, even if we didn't have them spread out enough to stop getting battered a turn or two later and giving up the ball. Some bold blitzes on the ball in the second half *might* have kept it to 1-0 with a bit more luck, but starting the half with only 7 players wasn't really motivation to do anything but hang on, and then when it looked like a slow stall was going to develop, I had to try more and more silly chances.

Still, back to two blitzers for the next match, and the only serious injury was when we put the boot into a ghoul, so the elves can return to Rivendell with their heads, if not held high, not totally in shame...”
