It seems that I can guardedly admit that I may be back in the good graces of the almighty Nuffle, and even the dreaded NUMBER ONE (MWAHAHA) was reasonably good to me this game. AFK was not so fortunate, however - It alarms me to think that perhaps Nuffle just got confused as to which team was which...

This game was a testament to the quality of quantity. AFK's players were one for one way better than mine, but he was kept to seven throughout most of the match, which was just too high a numerical disadvantage, especially during an unlucky game. I used the opportunity to spread the SPPs around to some linemen that needed them, as opposed to the usual suspects. MVP was Cthonian, who had a solid match, but Elder Thing II, with a TD and 2 completions, and Dhole, with 2 TDs, were the coaches pick. Nyarlathotep again had a journeyman game; a constant threat to opposition posession that was again unfortunately not reflected with SPP performance. Tsathoggua niggled out for the second game in a row - If this continues, he may need to be replaced.

Which brings me to the next problem. Income is way down. Over the last five games my income has been 160,000, or an atrocious 32,000 per game. Luckily I have been healthy through this drought (Nuffle willing that it stays so), or I would be in serious trouble. The Religious Iconagraphy did not go over well, causing a riot in the stands between worshippers of Dagon and Tsathoggua (and some Hazzards fans who got caught in the crossfire). The riot brought the first half to a premature end, order being restored when Tsathoggua himself went into the melee and killed the high priest of the Fish-God. This may cause problems in the locker room later...
Anyways, I clearly need some new merchandising ideas, and any suggestions would be welcome.

AFK_Eagle was a fine opponent who did the best he could in a bad situation with terrible luck, and was gracious in defeat. I suspect we will cross paths again.

Beyond the fact I had multiple double-1's on dodges, the Crusade quite simply outplayed me. But I'll be waiting for a rematch when I actually have more than 9 players...
