Constantly undermanned this game - Dhole was handicapped out, and the Blazing Sun (which lasted most of the game), while having no effect whatsoever on the opposition, dropped me to 4 on the pitch for the last serial. The Cthulhu fans promptly invaded the pitch, but even this was not enough to avoid the loss.

I had hoped to advance some linespawn this game, but the reality is that when the chips are down one has to rely on ones stars to make the difference, so it was the blitzers that kept me in the match, especially Nyarlathotep, who stripped the ball from the enemy a few times, preventing an even worse loss..

Income sucked again, but at least all are healthy (Nuffle willing that it stays so) - I'll get that Witch Elf yet! (after another three games, at the rate I'm earning). FF remains strong for the moment, but I'm sure that'll change. I am disappointed to note that noone came up with any team-oriented merchandising suggestions, so I will again invite those with ideas to put them forward. Perhaps a line of costumes?

The important thing is that I played a bashy team, didn't lose anyone for more than a game - (Poor Fungi from Yuggoth, he needs to learn not to taunt Minotaurs when they are within arm's reach), and didn't lose by much, or badly. So now I can play some Elfs or Skaven and still feel good about myself.

Asmodai was a good opponent who suffered through the same good luck (except at extremely crucial moments) as I did. He is a good and fun coach, and I would recommend a game against him sometime. I know I'll likely play him again.
