“I set down to write a review of this game, but honestly, at the time of this game you're so new you're probably really developing rapidly and a lot of this stuff will be out of date by now. So I'm just going to give you a couple basic ideas.
Offensive Line: I have a technique that I strongly recommend against ST3 offensive lines. Line up your blockers offset from the defenders by one square, so you can block diagonally, with three additional blockers to outnumber the defensive line on both. Against a bunched line, your guy up against the middle of their line blocks first, pushing laterally and not following. This way, you can get additional blocks on pushes. You also want to block with players who have Block or Brawler if you have any choice in the matter.

A blocks X, with E's assist.

If A pushes X, D does the follow-up block,
again with E's assist, powing away from the
action or pushing in and following so as to
assist E on the follow-up block, where E does
NOT follow.

into

then B blocks Y with F's assist and
doesn't follow, so C can block Z with B's assist.

E and F are mostly there to lend assists,
but can also do follow-up blocks.
Assists: a player can assist a block, adding +1 to your effective ST for the block, by standing in a place where they're zoning only the opponent involved in the block, but the other side gets assists too. Assist vision is the most important BB skill, so do work on it. Also be aware that any ST differential that's not more than double is all the same. 4 is better than 3 against ST3, but 5 and 6 against 3 are the same.
