#10 Jace Endra – Dead (RIP)
About labelling players: I suggest to do it after the coin toss (and the decision to kick/receive) and before the match starts.
This way you don't risk to press Enter key accidentally while a game client's dialogue pop-up suddenly appears (such as the Apothecary's use window).
Don't worry about your opponent waiting for you during the labelling process, just tell them you need some time to mark the skills on your players.

About efficiency and skill picks: you can't control dice, but you can choose the best skills and get the stat boosts to increase your winning chance. Focus on every aspect you can control.

Gg, thanks for the game and the chat!

#11 Khargol Norseshield – Serious Injury (NI)
Tactical Takeaways-

Label The Players: I recently had several players gain new skills and I did not mark them pre-game. I think I get a bit anxious at the start of the game that my opponent is waiting for me to start, but I need to make sure I take the time to mark everyone because I re-rolled some both downs with a block player and I was surprised to find I had an assist from a guard player. Simple thing, and would've saved me a re-roll this match.

Cover All Corners Of the Cage: Especially with goblin ball carriers, recognize there is almost always two dice on the ball. If I leave an opening I must be very sure the defense cannot get through that opening. In this instance it was being surprised by a ghoul sneaking around the scrum. Be very cautious when you put your carrier anywhere with an exposed edge.

Skill Order (Conversation with MattDakka):
-Black orcs should lead with block, followed by guard, then mighty blow.
-Need a viable offensive threat from our carrier. Skill up a goblin and protect him at all costs. Stat, Block, Sidestep.
-Troll skill progression should be guard, block, pro
-Other goblins are likely skill-less. Use Malmir's team as a model.

Malmir Team Considerations: Malmir does have a fouling specialist with Sneaky Git, and Dirty Player that have both been selected. He also has a skilled up carrier with Sure Hands, Block, and +MV. MattDakka said he would rather take the skill up early, and if it is +Ag, you reduce the need for Sure Hands and it stacks very well with Stunty.

Improving at the Game (Conversation with MattDakka): Becoming a better player starts with a good roster. Especially when playing a Tier 2 Team like Black Orcs you need to be as efficient as possible. This is something that before you ever get the players out, you will have an advantage or disadvantage based on decisions made prior.
