At the top of a doubleheader, fivehead's trusty Black Orcs took their first win in 8 games. A long drought ended by a well-managed wall of fleshy green beasts. Fivehead brought the x-factor of fine coaching against his rival Jingus this Sunday, a factor the team has been sorely missing amidst its lukewarm skill and vulnerable Bruisers.
The elf-chewers stood strong through the first half, sustaining minimal damage from the chainsaw lashings of the famed Helmut Wulf (one of two chainsaw-wielders in Auserwählte's battalion this sunny Spring afternoon) and responding in kind with hearty immobility. The Chosen could not push past the black orcs, who were smartly positioned by General fivehead, and exercised their brawn to necessary effect. Z'een notched a savage kill--their first--against the green Benedict Suckow.
The Orcs received in half ii and got straight to the wetwork. Shi'Lo Num pulled Chaos Warrior Hertner head-first into a wound-up kick, sidelining him for the rest of the game, and #15 Groba Ozmin made a big foul to condemn Albin Kocher to a similar fate. Jingus sensed the desperation of the uphill battle that his team was starting to face, and sent Spleenripper on a tear that had lethal potential, but proved only to delay Z'een and Ez from pushing into the Auserwählte backfield.
With help from another well-placed removal by Groba Ozmin, the Orcs trounced Auserwählte's remaining players with ease, and secured a 1-0 victory. A sweetness sorely missed for the team, and one they'll hope to savor going forward.”
