The Dwarves managed many successful blocks, and I can now see why the Block skill is favoured so highly. Our poor opponent did suffer many removals, and was not able to gain traction.
Still, the Khorne attempted the plays available to sack the ball, and foul of the dwarves (killing one in the 2nd half, and again another attempt at revenge on T16) but too little too late.
Learnings:
1) Frenzy trap set up does work well, and is able to cause early turn over and subsequent pressure.
2) Be aware of rainy conditions and picking up of ball. There were several misses this game, and a poor attempt to do so with Bull on 5+. Silly.
3) Pay more attention to the clicks. I had a mis click on blitz, selecting a 5+ dodge instead. This left my position vulnerable for counter block, but luckily not at critical point of the game.
I have been on the end of many of these dice, and feel for my opponent. The will of Nuffle will swing the other way soon enough. ”
