What a pleasure it was to play against the great Elyod. It is a goal of mine this year to play alongside 3 'Legend' coaches. So before the kick I had won on this condition and was most pleased.
A magnificent coach and a gentleman, it was great to see him at work using his Khorne and the Frenzy. His H1T3 was incredible, with frenzy chain pushes to orchestrate a surf on my blitzer. Bravo.
It is a favourable match for the Orcs, lucky to have Guard and Block advantage, and we are able to sack ball without recovery, and stop the score.
2nd half is 8 vs 8 and we generate the early chip to take numbers advantage. A favourable position is still never safe, and some dashing play from the Khorne sees the ball sacked and, despite an orc recovery, always under threat.
H2T3 is a masterpiece of chain pushing player onto my carrier, for blitz, and sack. Sensational play, however our recovery is good and we are able to score. Skills, blocks, were on our side today, but it was game on from start to finish.
Learnings:
1) Khorne are chain push in 3D. I have been learning 2D. This was an eye opener of what is possible.
2) The block chain of high strength player is useful for locking down their high strength player, freeing the blitzers for work.
3) 2 squares from sideline is still often not enough when facing the Khorne.
Goals:
1) Play a 'Legend' rank coach ✅
2) Complete all turns under 4min ❌
