#4 Tac-oma Park – Neck Injury (-AG)
In a truly awesome display of ineptitude, the Terrapins manage to keep the score close despite showing utterly no competency on the pitch. The game started with David Damascus failing to pick up the ball for several minutes.

"I was scared," David later admitted. "Looking at those worshipers of the blood god all I could think of is my skull being added to the skull throne. And then when Tac-oma got that neck injury... I thought it was all over."

David was generally correct with that assessment. While he was able to eventually get the ball and move it barely into the Graves' side of the pitch, it was very quickly popped out again effectively stopping the Terrapins' drive.

The second half started with the Terrapins moving aggressively up the pitch, hoping for some Nuffle luck but sadly it was not meant to be. Three skinks were soon in the KO box and the Graves were firmly in control of the ball, moving it slowly down the pitch. In a last second gasp, Jaxson Airy made a uphill block on the ball carrier, pulling both of them to the ground and bouncing the ball into the end zone. Unlike David, the Graves had no problem picking up the ball and getting the only score.

The last insult to injury was David failing the vanity pass to get some end game experience. "This was a disaster from start to finish," coach Lancelott was heard saying after the game. "Tac-oma needs at least a week to recover so we're going to be short handed in our next game against the Eagles. We're going to get back to work on the practice field this week and hopefully turn this ship around."

For the fan's of the Terrapins, we hope that he's able to do it. Only time will tell...

Season 45 - Game 1 - First game in history of Alkhorne State (and Mary's Land).

This game had a crap-ton of double skulls. The larger majority went to Mary's Land, but Alkhorne had at least 3 sets in both halves; they just didn't come at as critical times as they did for the Terps.

Removing a saurus mid-way through the 1st with a big hit by Cullan Scott certainly helped with positioning. At the start of the 2nd half, it was 11 on 11, but the 3 LoS folks were Skins. Two were KO'ed and one was stunned. That did Mary's Land no favors.

A few more double skulls both ways for good measure, and a desperation t7 -2d blitz by a skink at least made it interesting, but Kendrick Brown got up and scooped it in the end zone for the 1-0 win.

Thank you, Lancelott. Again, I'm sorry that THESE dice are what welcomed you to what we hope will be a long career in the NCBB.
