“A pleasure to play against the Italian Legend and Grand Master, Coach Spartako.

Indeed, it was a game where we truly were out coached, but Nuffle had divine intervention.

Spartako plays super clean, and I was very impressed with his order of operations, defensive positioning, and ability to make me roll dice I did not want to roll.

On his attack, his use of blitz and reposition was exceptional, and something I will try to take to my game. Especially to set up a beach head for his future attacks.

Learnings:

1. H1T4 it was a potato play, rushed mistake, with little protection. The orc engagement scared us into poor decision. Better candidate? I am not sure...

2. Look to improve sideline defence, locking sidelines down to force central position.

3. OTT6 blitzer does not follow blitz (it was miscount of move left), therefore denying ghoul the opportunity to mark ball without GFI.

It was excellent watching my opponent play, and solve the puzzles so well, in addition to denying me clean opportunities.

A most pleasurable game to be a part of, however I am under no illusion that Nuffle helped to advance us forward. This could easily have been a loss for the orcs, maybe a tie is lucky, but the win is a little undeserved. ”
