A fun game against an extremely well built, and well coached, Amazon team.

It is no shame to lose against a superior opponent, and the Coach Badpublicity was exactly this.

I was very impressed with his team and the way he used them. The build was exceptional, with block or wrestle skilled players keeping them very safe, as well as sure hands for ball security, and guard on the defensive big amazons.

In play, he does the following:

1. H1T3 pushes the two big blockers into my weak middle. Guard, defensive, S4, perfection.

Learnings:

1. My use of Perfect Defence was poor. There was still multiple ways to safely 2db away my re-positioned players. At this TV, it was not wise.

Better candidate move would be to do nothing. Remember this.

2. All Big Orcs positioned in wide zones, allowing isolation, and pressure through weak middle. Best to spread more.

3. H1T3 shoudl have used chain block to push away a big amazon. The strength, guard, defensive was not in our favour.

4. H1T6 i think it the right move to push up a sideline, spending resources to do so... 11% fail happened and we could not pick up ball. We covered with one piece. Right move i think.

5. H1T7 we attempt to pick the ball up after being turned over. Instead we drop and it bounces to more favourable square for Amazon. Should have just covered with tackle zone. Boring, but safer.

6. H2T3 we fall asleep (not really, but just lose concentration) and not realise it is our turn. It is rushed turn, and this is first point where we lose game.

We allow for defensive guard to land on our line, and blocks to shatter our defence. Should have positioned northernmost big next to based big in middle, fortifying front line in front of ball. Silly... but next move is worse...

7. H2T4 we move south, but in doing so we BASE our side cage... stupidity. This is where we lost the game, and I apologise to my opponent for not giving a good match.

Should not have based side cage. But could also have blitzed side cage away, then dodge attempt from orc ball carrier. This would have been way to salvage, but I had mind set on chain blitz carrier away. Cool and fun move, but not correct probably.

After this, the writing is on the wall, but we did leave a 1db available H2T5. Even a push would have helped our situation.

Fun game, but also one where there is no spp, which is always a little sad. In the end we were out matched by superior coach and team.

I am encouraged to try Amazons again in the future.
