It is another example of what a terrible coach I am, and how I can convert any good fortune into a hopeless loss.
There was perhaps even a chance to draw, but I found the way to make it a loss. I get a pat on the back for being an exceptionally poor coach, maybe a participation award at best, but even then I would have same result just clicking end turn each time.
1. Stalling leaves us vulnerable to being out bashed, which we were. Casualties, knock outs, we suffered heavily and the snowball effect was great. We allowed 61 blocks on us, a travesty which is the signature of a terrible coach.
2. 2nd half set up is shocking. I allow a valuable Khorngor to get blocked, as I attempt to protect my armour value 8 pieces from removal. Instead a more valuable piece is removed. Very poor play.
3. I fail to use the S4 pieces. I am expertly outmanoeuvred by my opponent and cannot get into a position where I am able to position them well, tying up two dwarves with them. They are then isolated and blocked to the bin.
4. Then, the icing on the cake, with 3 turns to go I attempt a hand off which fails and loses the game. Stupidity of the highest order. Brainless coaching skill, and results in dwarves picking ball up for an easy score. Imbecile. Utter stupidity. ”
