I keep trying different defenses versus the dakka. I just cant figure out how to deal with it. I like what I had - figured he blitz a dwarf off the field - didnt think the first blitz would be dwarf death - ah well. He was weak.

3-1 is a little misleading - he got a blitz second half so the option for grinding to a tie was out. Twice his kick landed one square in front of his LOS. Every kickoff result went in my opponents favor except for the very last one "fouling frenzy". Having to contend with a perfect defence, blitz, 2 extra rerolls, and an officious ref against, along with delves - it was asking too much for this team to handle. Not to mention, for an elf single die total he rolled a single 1. Ouch.

A dwarf with no skills dies, and my runner is MNG, because I was the only one that failed rushes (being fair, I rolled 12 to his 5 so, not too bent about this part). I like blood no metter how it happens so this pleases me.

Definitely very discouraging. SOmetimes I see a mega star and hope I can make the right moves and roll to at least challenge them - but no such luck today. ”
