“We-re off to a good start with lizards.

I received and with some early removal managed a score on T4. It was raining but that didnt matter in the first few turns for either of us. I got to play them without an elf which was really nice.

I used the classic smiley face set up which for renegades I think is fine.

Both scores were in the first half - just wait got some skinks in the backfield and took advantage of the situation.

Second half was a little more back and forth. For the msot part, we just managed the numbers until the last 2 turns when it didnt matter.

Takeaways

- Ok to be aggressive when im up players and overall strength - I was basically imposing my will with the saurus.

- After my own 0-3 Renegade start, playing against them in the beginning I see the issues starting out. Its just a very risky team with nothing until it builds up with skills.

- I forgot to set up for the TTM in the first half (still kicing myself for that). Thanks fully I didnt pay for that mistake.

- I think starting renegades if youre going to use big guys need either the mino or the rogre. Just the troll and ogre felt static.

Opponent was great fun and I wish him better luck in the future (but not against me) ”
