First half was back and forth. I managed a critical RR with akhorne to surfe the carrier, recovere dthe ball a few times, and even punted it. But the elves came back with a hand off and got the score.
Second half I moved an ogre cage down the field for a T5 score I think. It left a lot of time on the clock for my opp. I positioned as best I could, I'll probably look at the game again sometimes to see where I can play better. All in all, pretty happy overall with my choices on this match.
Takeaways:
- Basing ogres does apply pressure. I liked positioning all back far. It allowed me to force a score, or an attempt so I could wiggle in and use Akhorne.
- I had several turns with 3 or more BH fails in a row. It is brutal when that happens, but not much I can do about most of the time. The TTM was stolen by trip 1s too. Logic maybe says to stop with 2 fails but I couldnt. I needed to take some opportunites to push or hit players.
Opp was great fun - would play them again.
