I received, dod a few cagey things, and used a side cage to move the ball into the other half of the pitch. I dont usually like sideline cages but I think it was the best I had at the time. This is a tough match up for a moving Saurus wall because of the stand firm ST4. Scored on T 5 I think and I was able to stall my opponent out. He made a impressive 5 plus dodge, then failed the 3 plus RR to get the score.

Second half was my usualy porous defense. I need to work on defensive placement. Lizards have the MA, they just get planted wherever they base. Having more saurus with block is a life saver.

I think I activated the krox 4 times. He just keeps failing activation. But I know its just random. Opp chose to score early in the hopes that I would flub the ball on my drive and maybe not get KOs back. I tried to score, almost made it with a potato run, but the skink got punched.

Both my opp and myself made safe choices at the end instead of trying for the win.

Takeaways:

- What do I do with stand firm st 4 guys? I dont think I handled them well. And same with my khemri loss, when my opp equals or exceeds str I just havent figured out the best way to move the ball.

- Opp 21 rushes and 2 failures versus my 7 and 2 failures - continuing the fine tradition of failing more rushes no matter how many I roll or dont roll lol.

- Weather was wacky - rain - blizzard - then perfect. Never seen that before.

- the line defense was alright in the beginning, but I think I like columns more. I dont think I had that option without a bunch of rushes.

Happy to get a draw vs a mega star. Coach was great and I would def play him again. ”
