“My comment on the game is that in my view my moves were solid during 1st half defense: I didn't calculate that a decisive hand-over was even possible and interpreted the players in the back as a feint to draw my own players away, but even so, opp had to roll dice to score, which I consider the main sign that the defense did it's job.
First offense was sloppy at the end and nuffle's blessings were required to equalize, self-explanatory.
Second offense was a mixed bag, I don't think I maneuvered around the big guys in the most optimal way, prioritized not-losing over the 2-1 score due to recent, more unfortunate games.
Overall, am entirely satisfied with my defensive game, offensive part was weaker as usual, mistakes were noteworthy and could have been punished if nuffle had willed it. ”

Im finding like I did with nobility that this team probably just isnt for me. Too many exploitable weaknesses followed by no starting utility skills.
First half I had a patient screen/cage, waited till T5 I think, and handed off with the elf for a TD. I managed to sneak a few guys behind the columns which gave me that opportunity.
Im telling ya, it shouldve been 1-0 me at the half but a few single dies and pushes and the hob was able to bliz for a score. It was a good play. I tried to position to make it difficuly but the bull that stunned himself provided the perfect meat pile he could push around. Failed the 2 die block in my favor to drop the hobo which was characteristic of this teams usual performance. At least I can say I was in position to do that even if I am the worlds most unlucky fumbbl player.
In the second half, I put the mino in danger but he kept tagging the BC which I think is good. I used the rat to harass the backfield which forced him to start moving. And that was the point. Then its like one of those catastophic turns, lost 2 players in a row and he moved into a cage forward. I tried a 4 plus RR for a cage dive like the pros do BUT I dont get to make those plays on fumbbl - at least not yet.
Takeaways:
- Disappointing 5th loss of the season. Im already counting down the games until this team is done. Theres just too many teams that run easy counters to renegades early.
- Mino is big awesome or big suck. Im still good with him though. Hes gonna get block finally.
- Opp had 10 single die blocks vs me - 7 were successful, none unsuccessful. I do these takeaways so I can learn from them instead of getting frustrated at constantly losing in blackbox. But I do have to keep in mind sometimes the opp is just luckier too.
