First half was a deep kick, which has been spelling doom for my offensive blork drives. And it pretty much did again. We bundled up and kept hitting each other. Id get a few knock down, but pretty below average on the removal for 20 successful blocks. But we managed to stop the opp from scoring on my drive too.
On the opp drive, I got some early removal but his players are way faster. Unless I deply 2 blorks back more, I cant stop him. If I do that, the zons ust gang up on the front 4. Ill probably look back at it again, but ultimately this is more of a match up issue than a whole lot I can learn from.
World's most unlucky fumbbl box coach, losing another one.
Takeaways:
- I started keeping track of key blocks and things because I really want to look back and see if its decision or dice. Some key failures were my T1 and 2, double skull had to RR, T2 single skull - RR into single skull. I received another skull/skull T3 of the second half.
- Troll went stupid second half from T4-8. 5 in a row fumbbl, cmon, lets shake those dice a little more please?
- Failed 4/11 3 plus RR dodges - pretty high.
- The block on most of my blorks is better, turns didnt all immediately end with my usual round of awful dice.
- Safe pair of hands came in use - I know it was a rando - kind of a luxury skill - but underrated a little I think.
Opp played a great game and pretty much walked into my EZ. WOuld play again. Troll failed 2 consecutive TTM attempts - we're going to eat him after the season. ”
