“A brutal game, but a fun one with many puzzles thrown to me by my opponent.

Orcs attempted to bash, but humans are cunning. Some well placed 1db served to hammer us into the ground.

12 of 18 human 1db were successful, none were failed. Add to this 32% armour breaks on the orcs... we felt the wrath of the humans for sure.

Learnings:

1. BALL

Play to the ball, not the bash. On our defence we commit a little too heavy to the north, basing and bashing.

This did leave an amazing sequence of 5 consecutive 1db pows, plus a catcher dodge and double GFI, to leave us with our pants down bent over the barrel.

Better candidate would be to ensure we have a linebacker, ready to respond north or south, for such an event.


2. PRESSURE

More concentrated pressure on the touchdown. That is, force an earlier score, allowing more time to strike back.

We did not do this so well, and the stall was longer than it should have been. More pressure should be applied.


Summary:

A lucky escape for the orcs, skinned like a banana by the human catchers, and bashed off the pitch with ease.

Orcs managed to stay in the fight, however Nuffle certainly had his fun with both sides.”
