It was the first BBT game with necro, and the win did cost us the life of our wolf.

Romulus did some nice work, taking a CAS on an opening LOS block due to claws, and a surf on our offensive drive.

But a greed surf attempt, re-roll for a push, ended in both down, and dead wolf. Nuffle.

So, what did we learn, and biggest mistake?


1. STUNTY SURF

OK, so the surf did not come off, but it was just as good.

On our offense, we cage on sideline, stunty 3+3+ with dodge into uphill 2db. It's a 51% chance to succeed.

We should have positioned directly BEHIND a player to stop this. We really should know better.


There it is, biggest mistake was that position on our offensive drive.

Secondary mistake was greed block for surf. Hindsight tells us it was a very bad mistake, but if surf came off and another saurus removed it could have been good. 76% chance to succeed with re-roll.

Lucky I won't be tempted to frenzy surf for another 2-3 games, haha.
