“The Legion makes a brutal return on the pitch with their second official match against the horrors of Tzeentch !
The Loonies recruted two little shorties, a puny attempt to fill their bench.

Once again, the Legion was receiving first, and this time, the Khorne warriors were eager to send the tiny horrors back to their maker.
Idruth the Skinshaper clawed through his first victim, setting the tone for the rest of the game.
Slowly and steadily, our cultists were progressing, carefully following the trail of blood left by the great Bloodthirster, Aghond, Bringer of Death. (Yes i have to say his full name everytime, it's ... let's just say i dont want to get on his bad side).
The Tzeentch daemons tried to stop us, but after the lord of change Kh'aethyr's failed attempt to fly on our ball carrier, the path was clear and the team could finally focus on what they like the most : fighting and killing.
Only when the same lord of change came back roaring that Elaraz decided to score in the name of Khorne. (Clearly not because he was scared, that wouldn't be very Khorny now ?)

With two turns to tie, the little ones tried some magical shenanigans, throwing themselves around and what not, but to no avail. The poor guys were probably hoping to stay in the air, away from our destructive Daemons.


Receiving for the second half, the Loonies tried to compensate the physical disadvantage and threw themselves in the bloody fight in the middle of the pitch. I must say, these pink horrors know how to punch, a shame they're serving the wrong god.
Once again, it was a failure from their leader, the Watcher in the Well, that caused the Loonies' demise.
After a failed block from the Lord of change, our proud Khorne fighters sacked the ball.
The blue horrors managed to retreive it and go past our line, but at the same time abandoned the support of their pink bethren.
While Sulphur heroically faced Aghond, the Bringer of Death, to give a few seconds to his team, the return of Ingeprix and Idruth in defence was too much for the little ones to handle and we managed to defend our endzone.
Ingeprix proved again that he was a higly tactical and skilled warrior, giving us a win this time instead of a draw.

The Legion are finally coming back in the cas rankings, hopefully this is just the beginning of a bloody frenzy in the name of Khorne !
