“Extreme Prejudice were virtually handed their first TD, as the Dwarf passing game went awry; but for an unnecessary dodge, burning a reroll, which of course meant a crucial dodge in the same turn also failed, it would have been scored quicker.
The second TD came about in the second half; the Dark Elves were quite content to take their time scoring, but a clumsy dodge by a Slayer left a big gap, and the invitation to score was taken. The Dwarfs were fortunate to escape losing a third TD, as their Runners became surrounded and dispossessed a number of times. They were saved by another failed dodge, with rerolls exhausted. Hakan Zukar, who was targetted by the Dwarfs from the start, was revived by the apothecary in the last turn of the match - a scare for the Dark Elves' coach he didn't need!

Extreme Prejudice rolled pretty poor dice throughout the match, but it only prevented them from scoring more heavily. The Dwarfs were punished for not forming a cage properly, relying on good blocking results and passing to keep the ball safe - this failed them once, which was enough.

A thoroughly enjoyable game against a good-natured opponent.”
