“So, after a few matches of previous dicing, I got really lucky at the right times on this one.
First half, I made sure to keep my team together. The elves tried to separate us but I was able to grab my way to get them in a fighting blob. With the wardancer out there, I made it a point to contonue to hit and foul him until I couldnt. Then when a catcher did the same thing, I hit it with like 13 block die before it went down and I think I KOd it, or at least stunned it.
I took a huge risk going after the tree. But wiht the str 4 and the grab, plus the sneaky git, I rolled the odds on that one. It worked in the first half, but not in the second half. I should probably not do that in the future.
I knew basing the down WD would give it a blitz. I was hoing the foul would stun the dancer, but it didnt. I just fel like trying a foul with assist vs weak AV was a lot safer than trying to roll a bunch of rushes. It worked out because of the dub skull from the dancer.
I got a blitz on his kick off, taking the OTTD possibility away by hitting the catcher.
Second half, opp scored I think on turn 4 or 5. I played to make it risky to stall instead of just trying to prevent his score. Although I really liked when I decided to 1 die blitz the catcher in the first cage to take away the possibility of a score the next turn with a push. The fouling goblin was a menace and drew many elf blitzes and blocks. I need to get to this player faster in future runs just because of how it gets targeted a lot.
On my reception, the ball wasnt too deep. I caged up pretty early. The opps tree dub skulled and it opened up the backfield for me. The cage crash didnt work and I scored.
Opp played a sound game. I played as well as starting blorcs could in the box I think, minus a few moves or decisions I might do differently in the future. I just got very lucky at critical moments.
Still glad theres no troll. He would have been useless this game. ”
