Game started fairly interesting. I used a few screens and hopped a few cages to get into scoring range. I used a 1 die blitz to get the TD. But it gave my opp 2 turns to score. I needed a blitz to just push a receiver and failed a 2die rerollable block. This is the beginning of nothing going right for me.

In the second half, opp stretched the play in the bottom widezone. I was able to ag hid guys and forces a 4 plus, 3 plus, 3 plus dodge AAAAnd he makes it. Thank you fumbbl, may I have another?

Im stuck trying to score on a short drive to draw now. I had a decent screen that devolved into a sidline cage. I hate them so much, but I use it when I have to. I KNOW his fling can fill a hole for a surf of the carrier. But I figured hes made so many 3 plus dodges, its gotta fail at some point right? Not so much.

Crowd push, and even with a good throw in, I cannot capitalize. I needed a dodge to blitz the carrier, and my rerollable dodges fail more than his without them - ugh. To add salt to the wound, I 2 die uphill his carrier, BD/stumble, ball pops and is caught by his thrower who then short passes for a score.

This was a ROUGH game to sit through. Javas cool, played really well, capitalized on the situation - well deserved score.

As for dice:

we both dodges on a 3 plus about the same amount of times. 15-18. Opp only failed 3 of his, versus my guys with built in rerolls failing over 1/3rd - absolutely bananas.

I guess I point this out for myself - the good thing about being stunty with a dodge is that its supposed to work 89 percent of the time. When its far less than that, I can say, bad dice.


3rd game in a row where my opp CANNOT fail dodges at an average level - its tough being on a bad game stint. I think this ends this teams ID attempt - gonna try it again with a different one.
