“The Loren Rockets showed some stunning dodge, pass and leap play.
Only late the Lowland Runners started to put their catchers into intercept positions.
The good news (for the Runners): Cliff made two touchdowns in his first match and got a skill, Lenny was made to do one pass and got a skill, the junior thrower got into play before the other one and got a skill, and Brendan was placed so he could get some attemps at blocking getting a skill, and finally somehow Bruce got the ball for a touchdown, cause nobody else was there, summing up to five skills total :-)
Despite the loss (-ff, only 20k) this match did indeed advance the Lowland Runners' playskill.”
The luck percentage doesn't really show the poor luck he had in the first half. But had the game been an extra 2-3 turns longer I would have lost probably.
Great fun.”
