“The Squeakers starting offence was an absolute disaster as they pushed forward strongly, then lost the ball and the Tree Tremblers scored a stunning quick TD (I pushed forward, my Thrower with the ball failed GFI and reroll and drops ball, on my next turn when I can still stop the score, my RO does a double skull and fails the Pro reroll!).

However, after that, it was the TreeTremblers who were stunned as the Squeakers poured on the pressure and scored first one TD, then stole the ball in defence to score a second.

The Tremblers were undermanned in the second half as their best Wardancer was still snoozing in the KO bin, and another 2 players were injured. They could do little as the Squakers blitzed them and scored a quick TD, then capitalised on a blocking mistake on the LOS to storm the backfield and score a second, and then score a third when they stole the ball yet again through circling around the Tremblers line.

With seconds left in the game, the Squeakers had a chance to score a 6th TD but they failed the quick pass in the sun (and denying my Gutter Runner 16 SPP in his first game!).

I had some very luck y rolls this game. GR Thanquol was the star, sacking the ball carrier 4-5 times. Post game, I rolled a 1 for winnings, and 1 for FF, and my opponent rolled 6 for both! There is some justice in this world! LOL
