“A very rough game for these dark elves. Early on it looked like an elven route was on, as they scored very easily to start the game, then two double-skulls on my first drive allowed him to steal the ball from under my nose for a second score, and just like that I was down 2-0. But the Scions never lost their focus, and were able to battle back to within 1 at halftime, thanks in large part to a series of cas on some of his best players.

Second half kickoff, we take the ball and drive down the right sideline, but haven't knocked anybody down and we might be unable to finish the drive, what with his str 4 leaping tackler blitzer still hanging around. But luck was with us today in the second half, as a failed dodge allowed me to walk into the endzone uncontested. The luck (for me) continued on the ensuing kickoff, as a pitch invasion injured a couple more of his players and stunned two more, leaving too few elves standing on the pitch to stop me from taking the ball away and completing a lucky pass way downfield to my open catcher, who was able to stall on the endzone line til the game ended, stepping across for the victory at the buzzer.

Truly, although some of my strategy was sound, at other times I played like a rookie, and it was only through a bit of luck and a lot of cas that I was able to steal this victory from a worthy opponent. Sorry for the carnage on your team, I wish you well in future matches.”
