Introspection surely could do nothing wrong today. Toss a Goblin? Sure. Dump off in 2 TZs? No problemo. And then there's the matter of Pows. The Gypsies had a fair number of blodgers, a fact that my Block Orcs didn't quite understand, so they just slammed them to the ground anyway. And then there's the blitz. And the missed pass from an AG 4 human passer. And an apo failing. And so on, and so on...

In spite of all the above Johnny_Ryce kept being a good sport, never losing temper. A truly enjoyable opponent!

Good luck with the restructuring of the Gypsies! If you read the bio of Introspection and look at the match record you'll realize that half of the games this team has played have been part of rebuilding...hehe.

#2 Duke Demon – Dead (RIP)
#9 Francis Ironside – Broken Ribs (MNG)
Ok, I am not a great coach, but really the dice didn't go my way. Really. I mean it!

Borderline ran a tight orc team, with a lot more finesse then I've been used to seeing in Orcs! I learned the hard way as one of the Four Kings was injured so greviously that even the team Doctor could not save his life. Today in DarkWater flags will fly at half mast for the loss of Duke Demon. May more matches await him in the next world. (Rumors have it, he is already being courted by THE DEAD HATE THE LIVING, a Necromatic team that could really use a win...)

In a double punch of loss, Francis Ironside, the heart of the linemen and one of the original line-up, received a serious injury and has decided to leave the team also in hopes of allowing some new players to fill in the line. He will be missed.

The Gypsies have been seriously set back with these two losses. Will the leaner, meaner Gypsies be able to win or is this the beginning of the end?

Hats off to Borderline. Yes, luck was on his sideline, but he was a lot of fun to watch. best of luck!
