The first game of the season for the underrated Zombie Allstars. The odds were heavily against our heroes, but they didn't let anything discourage them! The match started as expected; the Angels got the ball and proceeded with an all out assult down center lane. Unfortunatly the center guards; Mike, Bob and Ringo, didn't meet the challenge and a rather large hole was ripped up in Allstar-defences. The rear guard quickly responded! In vain! Carl Corpus and Robert Remains failed and were carried off-court knocked out, only to later find out that the Angels made a TD in turn 6, first half. After this humiliating gamestart, the Allstars never quite found their confidence again, and the second half started just as bad as the first. Although the defences seemed strong, the ball-carriers in the rear, Billy Body and Peter Puss, fumbled with the ball, failing two pickups despite rerolls. The Angels quickly capitalized on this opportunity, knocking out Ringo Rotten and rushed the ball. Since dodging and movement is not some of The Allstars most valued skills, none of the frontline-defenders managed to get back in time, with a resulting TD at turn 3 in favor of The Angels. At this point, The Allstars had all but given up on winning the game. Instead they wanted to draw blood, Angel blood. Too bad none of them actually knows how to fight. Still, before the end of the game, two Angels had successfully been knocked out (unfortunatly one of them was self-inflicted, a failed dodge). Atleast the Allstar managed to meet the pre-match expectations, and i don't doubt that we will see them again. Stronger! Hungrier! Watch out..
