“Well, the Gypsies managed to pull this one out despite a thin line! Against the tough Flick147, the Gypsies' future looked grim. Dirk Demon and Douglas 'The Cutlass' Han were off nursing injuries received last game and Jim Gauntlet managed to catch a VIRUS that kept him sidelined. That meant only the newbie King, Ivan Ironfist, was representing the blizters! The Gypsies strode onto the field short on players, but big on determination.

The team centered around the 'Heart of Dark Water', 'Sweet Baby' Ray Jones. The first play of the game, the Gypsies blitzed and caught their own kick, taking it in for a TD! Jones took in another 3 TDs, making it a banner game for him. Not content to only score TDs, he has been practicing pass blocking to help the defense.

Another Backbreaker leaves the team. Drago, through awarded the MVP, got a niggling injury during the game and then another one through aging. He has retired and will go back to Dark Water to train future Blood Bowlers.
